Our answer

For this project, IDEATEC proposed a distribution system consisting of a bowl for dispensing the needles at a rate of 120 parts per minute and a vibrating rail for conveying which is bent at its end to ensure the placing of the parts on a roller conveyor. All the parts in contact with the parts were made of stainless steel.
