Given the shape of the cards, they could not be oriented in the traditional way. This is why IDEATEC chose a vision solution. The smart cards are transported lengthwise and flat, presented in a line under the vision system. All parts that do not comply with the required position are redirected to the bowl.

The assembly consists of a hopper, a bowl with two ramps and two outputs, a vibrating rail and a presentation mechanism.
